(Received December 24, at 10.50 a.m.) The London magistrates have protested against the unusual tribunal established by the Home Office in the Knox inquiry case, whereby a, magistrate of equal standing to themselves investigated the case. They declare that the Home Office Commissioner (Mr Chester Jones) displayed more of the advocate than of the magistrate in his methods and conclusions.
