THE HAGUE, December 22.
(Received December 2d, at 9.10 a.m.) Three hundred and eight cases of plague have been reported from Java, 283 of which proved fatal.
ST. PETERSBURG, December 22. Advises from Novocherkask state that 20 persons contracted plague at Popooke, of whom 12 died.
