THE COMMISSION'S REPORT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, December 23. (Received December 23, at 9.10 a.m.) An interim report has been issued by the Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the meat supply of Sydney. It recommends sweeping changes in the matter of carriage and the treatment of cattle and meat. The improvement most urgently required is speedier transit. . At present this _ appears to be impossible without a duplication of the main trunk railways. The report recommends the establishment of a municipal meat market.
