A youth named Evans, being dared l>y his companions, all of whom were intoxicated, to jump from the Pyrmont bridge, leaped into the water, and was drowned. The, police state there are a number of swell American crooks operating in .Sydney. Two were arrested and sent back, and two others have been warned to leave.
