INSURANCE FRAUD.

(Received August 24, at 11.45 a.m.) The extradition of Mary Friedman, or Hickfang, has been ordered for obtaining by means of a forged instrument £3,000 on a policy issued at Cape Town by the Colonial Mutual Life Insurance Company of Australia.
