TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l agree v it-h " Early Closing" in his letter when he says it is time Parlia ment closed all business places at the same time except refreshment houses. I understand that in Melbourne the police are the inspectors of the shops, and when the hour for closing strikes, all customers have to leave ihe shop whether they have been attended to or not.
