FARMERS’ FREE LIST BILL PASSED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON. August 2. (Received August 3. at 8.5 a.m.) Tho insurgent Republicans ami the Democrats passed Through the Senate the Farmers’ Free List Bill after it had been rejected by the House of Representatives. Tho Farmers Bill approved by the Senate is practically the same, cave that moat products. Hour, and cereal products are only admitted free when, coming from conntries with which the Uni ted States; has trade reciprocity. Canada i.s obviously tho country aimed at, and ike Democrats regard this as a substantial victory. They intend, it the President vetoes the Bill, to open up the whole Tariff question during the present session.
