SCHOOL GARDENS.
The Reserves Committee of the City Council report having granted permission for the undermentioned school committeea to make use of small portions of the Town BoH as 6chool gardens for the senior l.upils, subject to tha usual condition that tne public he not • restricted in any way from access to the areas:—Moray Place School Committee, portion of Belt at the rear of the High School Rectory, the area to be fenced and a small tool shed erected thereon by the committee; .Arthur Street School Committee, portion of Belt at the reajr of the school infant room; High Street School Committee, portion of Beit at the top of Ann street —to be beautified \rith shrubs. Permission has also been gi anted the Otago Education Board to use a portion of the Town Belt at the rear of the mmsery at Opoho as an agricultural garden for the students at tho Training College, on the abovemenfcioned .condition.
