REST CURE FOR POLICEMEN.
The recently - established Policemen's Convalescent Home at Berlin (says the correspondent of tho ' Daily Mail') has arranged for 110 policemen "to spend the anmmer at the most fashionable German *pas and at country estates, in order to take " cures" for overwrought nerves and other ailments brought on by the strain and stress of their professional duties. Wiesbaden, Bad Xauheim, Bad Kissnigen, and Bad Ems are among the aristocratic watering places where policemen will be sent. A number of wealthy country fentlemen in various parts of Germany ave offered to place board and lodging at the disposal of Berlin's overworked guardians of the peace.
