BREACH OF PROMISE.
[Feu United Pkkss Association.] HAMILTON, May 25. At the Supreme Court yesterday, in a broach of promise eat-e, wherein Alice Beatrice Barker claimed £551 damages against Walter Bird, a verdict for £251 was given for the plaintiff. Both parties are from Waihi.
