». ~ In the Police Court this afternoon Mr Hanlon offered no evidence in the easo against John Young, charged with using insulting language at Sandymount. Tho charge •was withdrawn accordingly. The charge against the same defendant of using obscene language at Burnside was adjourned until Friday. His Worship reserved his decision in the cases against Nyhon until Friday.
