MEXICO CITY, January 25 It is rumored that the State of Honora, which is the centre of the insurrection, will secede from tho Republic and form an independent State. The insurgents have captured the town of Alamos, Eighty were killed in an engagement near Galanea, whore the insurgents arc said to have been routed.
