INTERRACIAL MARRIAGES. Frees. Associedion—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 8. Tho 'Daily Chronicle's' Johannesburg correspondent advises that the Dutch are attempting to, amend tho Marriage Bill now before tho Union Parliament in tho direction of forbidding marriage between whito and colored people. The heads of tho Anglican and Catholic Churches declare that if the amendment it; carried they will continue to solemnise mixed marriages. Tho Dut<;h Church is promoting a private Bill to amalgamate the various sections of the Church. It includes a clausethafc colored members in Cape. Colony will lose their membership it they emigrate northwards.
