Tattersall estimates that seventytlirec Lancashire spinners, with a capital of £2.563.716, and working 5,373,19b spindles, show an average Joss of 10.26 per cent, for tho year ended November, 1910, compared with 7.73 for tho previous year. There hae, however, been a distinct improvement during the last three months, and spinners are now working at a profit. LABOR CONCILIATION BOARDS. I.KRLIX, December 6. (Received December 7, at 9.15 a.m.) The Reichstag adopted the main clauses of a Bill establishing Labor conciliation boards. Herr Delbruck (Minister of the Interior) objected to the inclusion of !ailwayunen, in view of tho recent lailway strike in France.
