Forburv.' area 8.6 nolw. was sold to Mr Ar.drewf, 'for £265. Part allotment 12, block 4, fronting Bradshaw street, with fou<- cottages thereon, was purchased by Mr Sneddon for £6BO. Part section 14, block 4, fronting Bradshaw street, area 1 rood, with 'a. five-roomed dwelling thereon, was purchased by Mr Mauneell for £265. Allotment, 103, Fitzroy estate, area. 12 poles, with, four-roomed dwelling thereon, went to Mr Maunsell for £235. Tho ten-roomed dwelling on the corner of Cargill road and Bradshaw street is still unsold. Also, on account of Mrs Bennett, section 37, bhx:k 18. Queen's Drive, Mus.«dbiirgh, area 25 poles, with a. 6ix-TOOnied dwelling thereon, was secured by Mr Mitchell for £7BO. There was a good attendaud bidding wasr.bjtfk.
