Bulmacowen, played on the Valley Courts on Saturday, resulted : Valley, 85 games ; Balinaccwen, 80 games. BOWING. The following crews havo been selected on behalf of the Otago Bowing Club to row for tho Thompson Fours :—Black (stroke), Carline, Drtimmond, Beaumont; M'Donoiigh (stroke), Adam, Stewart. Justin; Moiloy (stroke), Langston, Cafiin, Ward; Quelch (stroke), Ellison, Onibler, Burnett: Stevenson (stroke), Thomson, Byrne, Bell; emergency, Paoey. At a meeting of tho New Zealand Athletic Council, held at Wellington hist night, it was decided that an appeal in connection with D. Wilson's three-mile walk record be forwarded to the Australasian Union. Two additional cricket teams—Post and Telegraph B and Railway—intend entering for the Wednesday Shield. This will make a total of eight teams for the competition.
