(Received December 6, at 9.5 a.m.) Somo German balloonists, when travelling from Munich to Switzerland on Saturday, were caught in a gale and blown across the North Sea at a terrific rate. They landed : n the Orkneys (north of JScotland). One. passenger was jerk'.'i overboard and drowned.
