(Received No\ ember 29, at 10.30 a.m.) An Knslish. resident in the New Hebrides, writing 1 to a Sydney merchant, says that the Anglo-French Convention, from which so much was expected, lms turned out a fareo and a ficandal, and threatens to become a tragedy, as a crisis is approaching. The first Condominium Court will be opened in the New Hebrides on the 15th prox. (?was opened on the 15th inst.). Count Efiperanza, of Spain is President. It is the first court of its land in the world.
