LONDON, November 25

(Received November 27, at 8.50 a.m.)

(Received November 27, at 9.10 a.in.) The Dominion Grange, a large Canadian Fanners’ Association, adopted a resolution viewing the Government's naval proposals with grave misgivings, fearing that they may provoke war, and recommending a plebiscite.
