SUBMITS HIS PROOFS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ( NEW YORK, November 25. Dr Cook has completed his proofs of his polar journey, and his secretary has started for Denmark with a report 0f'25,000 words and the original records. [When a-ked to submit his proofs to the American National Geographical Society, as a condition precedent to his official recognition, Dr Cook replied that he regarded himself as bound in honor first to place them before the Danish Geographical Society at Copenhagen.]
