IN DIVORCE
CHRISTCHURCH, November 26. At the Supreme Court to-dav a decree nisi was granted in the case of Ethel Far rant versus John Charles Tarrant, on the ground of desertion. In the case Marcia Noble versus Victor Thomas Noble (alleged desertion and misconduct) it was held over till next sitting for more complete evidence. In the case Mary Freer Macßride versus Thomas Macßride (desertion) a decree nisi was made.
