FEILDING, July 21. Frederick Cyril Ross, late secretary to the Cheltenham Dairy Company, was arrested, last night, and charged' with the theft of £9 2s 5d from the company. Other informations were laid. It is understood that the alleged defalcations total a veiy large sum. The accused was remanded till to-morrow.
