WIDE-WORLD PICTURES. The above pictures show no indication of waning popularity. Every night large audiences are interested and instructed. The choice of subjects is so wide that every imaginable taste is catered for, and as a result everyone goes away satisfied. An evening spent at the Princess Theatre just now is a pleasant experience. HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. Rickaxds’s Vaudeville Company were favored with another crowded house last night. The marvellous balancing and juggling feats of Paul Cinquevalli were watched with the closest attention, and at the conclusion were rewarded with prolonged applause. The items given by the other members of the company were in keeping with the high standard set by all Mr Rickards’s companies. The last four nights of the season are announced. To-night there will be an entire change of programme, and Paul Cinquevalli and the various members of the combination will be seen in fresh items. MELBA’S FAREWELL CONCERT. That the audience at the Garrison Hall to-night will be a large one is an assured fact. The diva will be heard in several numbers, including ‘ Lo! here the lark,’ with flute obligato by Mr Lemmone, and those who had the pleasure of hearing the soprano and the flute’ blend on Thursday night will readilv anticipate what a treat is in store. Mr Ranalow, Miss Una Bourne, and Mr Whittle will He the otherassisting artistes.
