A STEAMER QUARANTINED

Press Association—By Telegraphs—Copyright SYDNEY, March 8. One of the Arab crew of the French steamer St. Louis, which arrived from Vila on Sunday, was discovered to-day suffering from plague. The steamer was removed from the wharf to quarantine. Another case of plague is reported—that of a man working in a flonr-mill in Goulburn street. It is stated that dead rats have been found on the premises for some time.
