LONDON, March 6. . Lord Rosebery will speak at the .inaugural banquet in connection with tho opening of the Imperial Press Conference in June.
The following are among the chief functions on the programme : June 6.—Lord Burnham. proprietor, of . the ' Daily Telegraph,' and president, of the Conference, will give a Teception ■in honor of the delegates at his country seat, Hall Barn (formerly the home of Lord Beaconsfield), Buckinghamshire. June 7.—Entertained by the members of the House of Commons at luncheon in Westminster Hall, and by their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales at a garden party at Marlborough House. June 9.—Lunch given at the Mansion House by the Lord Mayor of London. June 10.—Lunch given by the Constitutional Club (Mr Balfour in the chair). June 11.—His Majesty's Government entertain-the Conference at a banquet. June 12.—Grand review of the Home Fleet in the English Channel. June 14.—Reception by Lord North-
cliffe, of the 'Daily Mail".' Mr C. A. Pearson, of the 'Daily Express' and other journals, will also entertain the delegates, but no date so far has been fixed. *
