MR HENNIKER HEATON’S CRUSADE. Press Association—By Telejraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 5. Speaking at the Atlantic Union's banqneet to celebrate the establishment of penny postage between the United Kingdom and the United States, and in commemoration of the visit of the American battleship fleet to Australian waters, Mr Whitelaw Reid, , the United Stales Ambassador, said that everybody except the cable stockholders warmly wished success to Mr Henniker Heaton’s crusade to induce the British and American cable companies to transmit messages at a penny a word.
