BUSY BUILDING BATTLESHIPS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, October 24. The ‘Daily Erprces’ reports that Germany will forthwith begin bar 1909 battleship programme, simultaneously with Great Britain beginning her 1908 programme. It is reported that Germany will have completed fourteen Dreadnoughts to Britain’s twelve bv 1911.
