GOOD TEMPLARY.
The Rescue Lodge held (.heir usual meeting in the South Dunedin Presbyterian Sunday School Hall last evening. Three male candidates wore initiated. The ollicers’ reports for the past quarter were read and received. The L.D. installed the officers for the ensuing quarter. Bro. .]. G. Smythe reported on the special session of Grand Lodge held in Wellington during Easter week, stating that during the past twelve months the Order had advanced by four hundred new members in the Dominion. Harmony was given by Bros. Barry and G, Paterson. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple met in the South Dunedin Presbvtenan Sunday School Hall last night. Two candidates were initiated, and there were about forty juvenile Templars pro cut. The officers for the ensuing quarter were elected. The financial secretary's and treasurer's reports showed the Temple to bo in a very prosperous condition.
