[Per United Press Association.] _ , . NAPIER, May 5. Speaking at a meeting of the Rabbit Board, the chairman (Mr T. Orosse) drew attention to the proposal to erect a rabbitcanmhg factory in the Waikato, and he dedared that any attempt to use the rabbit commercially would seriously handicap the efforts to cope with the pest.
