A MOTOR ACCIDENT.

SEVEN PERSONS INJURED. [Pi:r United Pkess Association.] MARTON, April 14. A serious motor accident occurred to Mr Lynn M'Kclvie's motor car. containing seven occupants, while going home from the Bulls sale yesterday afternoon. The car had reached a point some distance beyond the Parewanui School, when a horse, jumping from a fence, tame into collision with the machine, which capsized, and the whole of the occupants of the car were more or less severelv injured. Dr Watson was telephoned for. and Dr Martin (from Palmerston) arrived shortly afterwards. An ambulance was procured", and two of the injured men were taken to the Palmerston Hospital, the other sufferers being attended to on the spot/ Ajnong the occupants, besides Mr M'Kclvie. were Messrs Anion (2) J Sim and Atkinson. ' Mr Sam Anion had his thigh broken and Mr Bert Anion's ankle was fractured' -The others escaped more lightly. The car was badly damaged, and the horse was killed.
