THE BANKRUPT SOLICITOR
HEAVY BAIL. MASTERTON, December 22. H. S. Izard, bankrupt solicitor at Greytown, was charged before tho Court this morning with misappropriating trust money, and was remanded till tho 31st December, bail being allowed in his own recognisance for £2,000 and two sureties of £2,000 each.
