Flags were hoisted half-mast to-day at the Flagstaff, Observation Point, municipal buildings, shipping offices, freezing works, workmen's reading room, and at a number of private residences iri Port Chalmers in respect to the memory of tho 3'onngest daughter of Mr Isaac Stevenson, Mayor of Port Chalmers, who died yesterday at her patents' residence, St. Leonards.
