TALK OF SECESSION
Pr«s» Association—By Telegraph— Copyright. PERTH, August 2. (Received August 3, at 10.35 a.m.) In the Assembly the Premier made a con. dilatory speech on Mr Monger's motion in favor of secession. He realised that so far as Westealia was concerned they had not fully participated in the benefits of Federation, but they could hope for no good from querulous complaining and tatting of secession.
