Presa Associatiau—By Telegraph—Copyright. BRISBANE, July 25. Parliament opens to-morrow. The Governor's Speech will announce the raising of the limit of the exemptions under tho Income Tax and a more general reduction in tho burden of taxation. The Government will seek power to open new districts by the construction of railways on a principle which will not add to the burdens of the taxpayer. A Bill is promised to promote closer settlement, and a referendum will be taken on the question of religious instruction in schools. The Speech will congratulate the State on the splendid prospects, the outlook being more encouraging now than at any other period in the history of Queensland.
