Quotations were out of all proportion to transactions this morning on 'Change. There was plenty of inquiry made for shares, and the reason more business is not done is not far to seek. Buyers and sellers are still separated unworkable margins, though there is a slight tendency to modify these. The only move of any significance has been the firming of Molyneux Kohinoor scrip, in which a. definite advance can be quoted. Riley's Beach shares, which had exchange "yesterday afternoon at 3s 6d, were not again sought. Rise and Shines also show a rather easier tone than was displayed a few weeks back. Sailor's Bend are having some inquiry. Demand for investment stocks was fairly general, but no increases on late offers can be instanced.
