CAIRO, July 13. (Received July 19, at 8.28 a.m.) Two newspapers have been suppressed at Cairo for publishing anti-British cartoons. FRANCE UNEASY. PARIS, July 18. 'The French newspapers, commenting on the revival of fanaticism in Northern Africa, especially to the south of Tripoli, urge Frenchmen to appreciate Lord Cromer's warnings.
