TO THE KUITOE. Sir,—Would Mr A. S. Adams oblige your readers by stating; (1) What is the ‘difference between Mr C. S Speight handing in the mimes of the Moderate candidates for the Licensing Bench and Mr D. C. Cameron handing in tlie names of the Prohibition candidates; (2) Have the “ trade,” as it is termed, absolutely no right, either legal or moral, to be represented in a question so intimately bound up with their ownlivelihood, especially as that trade received the smetinn of the electors af the December poll to continue their esirtenoe?
