Alfred Lee Smith (Mr J. MacGregor) v. Henry Christie (Mr Finch). Jessie D. M'Master (Miss Benjamin) y, James M'Master—divorce.
Robert Wilsou (Mr Adams) v. Grace Wilson (Mr Hanlon)—divorce.
Henrv Harraway (Mr Sim) v, New Zealand Flour-millers' Association, Ltd. (Mr F. G. Russtll).—Damages for breach of a/j.reement snd injunction to restrain further braaoh .
Josiah .Love (Mr Sim) v. Otago Dock Trust (Mr Plaits). Leonore Label Patrick. (Mr Sim) v. Ninian Reid (Solomon, Gascoigne, and Hav). —Breach of promise. > Lilias Amelia Fowler (Mr W. R. Brugh) v. George Stirling (F. Z. and W. L. Moore). —Damage of property. Janet Hay (Mr H. Ba'ron) v. William Gleoson (Mr Sim). —Possession of certain land and damages.
Mr Justice Williams will sit to-morrow to fix dates.
