—'A Country Gill.' Last night the third production of 'A Country Girl' by 'Mr J. C Williamson's Comic Opera Company drew a large audience, and was as successful in every way as its predecessors. The. last two nights of this composition are announced. —'Ma Mie Rosette.'— The second production will lie that charming work, ' Ma Mie Rosette.' and it is universally admitted to be one of the company's mrt perfect productions, as all the leading artistes are so happily placed, each having an exacting role. Miss Florrie Young, of course, appears as Rosette, the music of which is sure to suit her voice. Mr Haigh Jackson wdl represent the King. Mr George Lauri will also be seen in his element as Bouillon, and Mr R. Roberts will have an opportunity as Vincent of displaying his tenor voice" to advantage. In order to forward the ' Country Girl' scenery ahead to Dunedin, 'Ma Mie Rosette' was presented for this company's final week of the Melbourne season, 'and record business resulted. 'Ma Mie Rosette' is to be presented for one. night onlv, and a bumper house iriay be anticipated. On Mondav 'My Lady .Molly' will be presented for the three farewell nights. The box plans for this production will open to-morrow morning.
