ARBITRATION COURT.
WELLINGTON, April 6 A phase of' the cooks and steward’ dispute affecting small owners was bifove the Arbitration Court to-day. it was repcrted that an agreement had been arrived at between the parties on most' of he important points. The Court announced liiut Uey would give a decision on the whole case shortly.
