Manuerilda, Olrig, and Ross Day Dawn shares all had buying at advanced rates, and better inquiry was mode for Bigncll’s ]S T o Towns (13/9), Golden Treasures (29/6), Sandy Point (23/), and Stafford Waimca (7/6). For Rising Suns the quote was buyer 15/, seller 19/6; and for New Halfway Houses buyer 2/6, seller 7/6. The dredge-masters of the Hartley and Riley and Fourteen-mile Beach dredges wire that the river is in high Hood. The latter dredge has been shut down. DUNEDIN EXCHANGE. This afternoon’s sales:—Hartley and Riley, 71/; Manuherikia, 33/; Olrig, 11/6; Ross Day Dawn, 7/5, 7/3.
