SPECIAL TELEGRAMS.
CHRISTCHURCH, May 23. The unveiling of the Queen's Jubilee memorial in Victoria square will be performed on Monday (Empire Day). The volunteers will parade, and addresses will be given by the Mayor and Mr W. Reece. After the unveiling of the statue by the mayoress, the parade will present arms, the bugles sounding a general salute, and then the band will play the National Anthem.
