KELVIN GROVE, NORTH-EAST VALLEY.
TO THK EDITOR. Sir. —The question asked in your columns of "Who found Arnold!" is best answered by saying that most likely he found himself, and has well known how to keep himself. If ever there was a selfmade man in a public position it is Theodore Arnold. I and many more have known him in public duties in this Valley for the last twelve years, if not more, and in spite of many attempts to brow-beat him, and a few other more disreputable endeavors to "swamp" him, he has held his way as an honest and a clever nw.n, and it is with every good wish for his future welfare that we hope he'll keep it.—l am, etc „ „ N.E. Valley. '' May 22.
