BERLIN, September 29. The Boer generals visit Berlin in iOiQ middle of October. They intend to seek an audience with the Kaiser. BOTHA'S EXPLANATION. GERMANY TIRED. LONDON, September 29. (Received September 30, at 9.15 a.m.) Botha, speaking at Rotterdam, said "We were driven to make peace by hunger and the sword. We had made peace, however, and we wish to abide by that peace, knowing that the Lord God disposes of all." The Berlin correspondent of 'The Times' quotes newspapers to show that Germany was tiring of Boer appeals and their rustic cunning as embodied in- the manifesto.
