ARRlVED.—September 30. Tutaiiekai, C.G.S., 412 tons, Bolknd, from Welling! on via Akaroa. Torch, H.M.S., 960 tons, 10 guns, from Akaroa. Warrimoo, s.s., 2,076 ions, Phillips, from Melbourne via Hobart and the Bluff. The Federal steamer Kant has taken on board a quantity of sacks of oats and 7,000 carcasses frozen mutton. H.M.S. Torch, from Akaroa, arrived this afternoon, and anchored off Carey Bay. The Warrimoo arrived this afternoon from Melbourne via Hobart and the Bluff. She experienced moderate easterly winds with smooth sea and cloudy weather till arrivrw at Hobart; thence strong north-east wind and moderate sea until the 28th, followed by light variable winds and smooth sea until arival at the Bluff. After leaving the Bluff she experienced fresh easterly winds with moderate sea and fine weather until arrival off Olago Heads.
