(Received September 26, at 9.8 a.m.) Major Studfiert and sons have been committed for trial for alleged fraud in connection with army remounts. [Major C. W. Studdert and his two sons were originally prosecuted in July last for alleged frauds in connection with the purchase of remounts in Dublin for the Imperial Yeomanry. They were said to have pocketed £1,240.]
