o INVERCARGILL. Sentember 26. A boy named Sydney Budd, aged fifteen month , of Waimitua, no* to teveiea burned through playing with a fire during the brief absence of his mother that he died in the hospital. The lad King sti-I lies unconscious at the hospital, and his condition is about the same as yesterday. An apprentice named John Ferguson fell from the ’tween decks to the lower hold of tbe Heathfield to-day. His collarbone was broken. He was removed to tbe hospital for treatment.
