ROWING. At the Otago Rowing Association’s meeting last evening the resignation of Mr A. E. Jay ar ssecetary was received with regret. The following crews have been chosen to row in the O.R.C.s Ravensbourne Gup, which takes place to-morrow at Ravensbourne, at 2 p.m. : P. J. Priest (stroke), IT. D. Brewer, J. Simpson, F. Foster. L. L. Kirkcaldy (stroke), W- Harvey, W. Davidson, J. ‘Palmer. H. A. Le Cren (stroke), W. Keswick, P. Ham, P. Taylor. J. Matthewson (stroke), T. Aimer?, D. McLaren, A. J. Hellyer.
A London cable says that the acceptances for the Lincoln Handicap include Australian Star (8.7); Grand National, Levanter (9.10); City and Suburban Handicap, Australian Star (8.5), Dundonald (7.7); and the Lancashire Handicap, Levanter (9.13).
