[Pas Untod Pebss Association.] WELLINGTON, September 26. A return of the running of trains on the principal lines of the colony for the four weeks ended September 14 shows that there was only an average loss of one-eighth of a minute per train per journey. This average would have been lower but for one delay of 65min' through the breaking of an axle.
