ONE MILLION* DEATHS. P'ess Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BOMBAY, September 17. (Received September 18, at 9.15 a.m.) The Indian Famine Commissioners' report states that the adverse conditions of the famine year caused one million deaths. Three-fourths of those who died belonged to the Bombay Presidency.
